During the summer of 2020, most people were quarantined, stuck inside their homes. Meanwhile, I was working my first wildlife position on a small, 11-acre island with only one other person. It was the best place to be during quarantine: wildlife everywhere and visitors only every two weeks. I was able to spend a large amount of my free time, and even during surveys, to do photography on the seabirds and landscape of Blue Hill Bay.
